Warranty Policy

What’s covered

For two( 2) year from the purchase date, eligible products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use by the original purchaser.

What’s not covered

This warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, cosmetic damage, improper assembly/maintenance, misuse/abuse, environmental exposure, unauthorized modifications/repairs, commercial/rental use unless labeled for it, products with removed/altered serial numbers or bought from unauthorized sellers, or shipping damage after delivery (file claims with the carrier).

Available remedies

If a covered defect arises, we may: (1) repair the product/component; (2) replace it with a new or refurbished item of equal or greater performance; or (3) provide replacement parts and instructions. We may request a return for inspection.

How to make a claim

Email support@golderide.com or call (626) 702-5549 with your order number, purchase date, product details, a brief issue description, and clear photos/video of the defect and full setup. Do not ship anything until we provide written instructions and, if applicable, an RMA; unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping costs for warranty service

If a covered defect is confirmed within 30 days of delivery, we typically cover reasonable shipping for the remedy we choose. After 30 days, you may be responsible for shipping the product or parts to us; we’ll cover reasonable return shipping for approved repairs/replacements.

Limits & exclusions (legal)

We disclaim other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our total liability will not exceed the purchase price. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages where permitted; state rights may vary.

Geographic scope & transfer. U.S. purchases unless a product page states otherwise; warranty is non-transferable and excludes second-hand/unauthorized-seller purchases.

Governing law: State of California (venue in California courts).
